We are hiring relationship Officer for MSME sector.
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
- Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
- Monitor the loan portfolio conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
- Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients, including but not limited to suppliers, customers, and competitors of the company.
- Follow-up with internal teams for credit risk clearance, documentation, disbursement of sanctioned cases including documentation and security creation.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with MSME clients and understanding their financial needs.
- Should provide financial advice to clients on a range of financial products
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. They also cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to existing clients.
- Ensure to conduct risk assessments of potential clients to ensure that they are creditworthy and have the ability to repay loans.
- They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Provide customer service to clients and resolve any issues or complaints that arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
