Store Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inward Material Management**: Oversee the receipt of all incoming materials, ensure that they match the purchase orders, and verify their condition. Update and maintain accurate records of incoming stock in the ERP system.
- **Outward Material Management**: Supervise the issuance of materials to different departments based on requisition requests. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials while maintaining inventory control.
- **Material Tracking and Maintenance**: Track and manage luggage and equipment issued for operations, ensuring proper maintenance, handling, and timely return.
- **Electrician Tools and Equipment Management**: Oversee the management, tracking, and maintenance of tools and electrical equipment assigned to electricians. Ensure proper storage, usage records, and regular maintenance of equipment.
- **Inventory and ERP Entries**: Ensure accurate and timely entry of all inward and outward materials into the ERP system, updating stock levels, usage, and order statuses.
- Conduct regular physical counts of materials, tools, and equipment, reconciling physical inventory with ERP records to ensure accuracy.
- Supervise the storage and organization of materials in the warehouse, ensuring they are easily accessible, properly labeled, and stored in the correct locations.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for the timely receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the storage areas to prevent accidents and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, material usage, discrepancies, and maintenance schedules for management.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment issued are tracked and logged properly, with appropriate documentation.
- Supervise the maintenance of tools and electrical equipment, ensuring they are serviced and ready for use as per the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Coordinate with the electricians' team for the upkeep of tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned in proper condition after use.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling, equipment usage, and warehouse management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in store management, logistics, or material handling, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and material handling practices.
- Experience with ERP systems for material tracking, entry, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and material management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with the management of tools, equipment, and maintenance schedules (especially for electricians).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle discrepancies or issues in material flow.
- Familiarity with safety standards in warehouse management and material handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of ERP software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
