**Job Position **: Executive / Sr. Executive - Finanace & Accounts Payable

**Experience **: 2+ Years

**Office Time **: 10 AM - 6 PM

**Job Location **: Piyaj, kalol

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Prepare bank reconciliations, aging reports and Statement of Accounts
- GST and TDS Monthly return and Annualize return preparation and reconciliation.
- Finalize the Account independently and coordinate with Auditor to resolve their query.
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining account ledgers and assisting in monthly closing
- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations
- Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.

**Education & Skills**
- Degree in accounting, as well as prior experience in a similar role.
- You are well versed in the MSOffice suite. Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and possess a high attention to detail.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Accounts payable: 2 years (preferred)
