- **Performance Management**:
Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:
Administering salary and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **HR Compliance**:
Ensuring that all HR practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **HR Strategy**:
Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- **Employee Engagement**:
Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Organizational Development**: Assisting with organizational structure and planning.
- **Succession Planning**: Developing plans for managing the transition of key positions.
- **Employee Database Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- **Creating a Safe Work Environment**: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Managing Employee Benefits**: Administering and managing employee benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
