**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field with min. 2 month to 3years Experience

**1. Nutritional Analysis and Product Design**:

- Support in developing nutritionally balanced recipes and formulations for new food products.
- Analyze nutritional content (e.g., calories, macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals) of products.

**2. Ingredient Research and Selection**:

- Identify and evaluate new ingredients with potential health benefits.
- Recommend substitutions or alternatives to improve the nutritional profile of existing products.

**3. Product Innovation**:

- Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create health-focused food products.
- Incorporate trends in health and nutrition, such as plant-based, low-sugar, high-protein, or functional foods.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure all products meet local and international nutrition and labeling regulations.
- Review and approve nutrition labels and health claims.

**5. Testing and Validation**:

- Conduct sensory evaluations and nutrient profiling during product development.
- Coordinate shelf-life studies to ensure nutritional stability over time.

**6. Consumer Insights**:

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand consumer preferences and demands for healthier options.
- Develop nutrition education materials or claims to promote products.

**7. Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the nutritional integrity of products through production and post-production stages.
- Address and resolve nutrition-related issues in product quality.

**8. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, nutrition analyses, and compliance checks.
- Prepare reports on nutritional studies, trends, and innovations.

9. **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of food composition, dietary guidelines, and nutrition science.
- Familiarity with food labeling regulations (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, EFSA).
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software and tools.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Passion for health, wellness, and food innovation.
- Ability to stay updated on nutrition research and industry trends.
- Capability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
