**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Evaluate various IT solutions and platforms, understanding their capabilities and limitations, to recommend the most suitable technology for meeting business objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing of the developed solutions to identify and rectify any issues before implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide training sessions and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use and adopt the newly implemented IT systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending innovative solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes for reference and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during implementation or post-implementation phases.

**Requirements**:

- **10+ Years** of proven experience in **Adaptive techno-functional** roles, combining technical expertise and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
- Should have an experienced resource who understands **Adaptive Techno-Functional.**:

- Good functional knowledge of the system and be **technical **as well.
- Need to be proficient with **Data Integration** between **NetSuite and Adaptive.**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and address complex business challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead when necessary.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

**Salary**: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
