**Job Responsibilities: Tutors and Mentors for Mathematics, English and Law**

**Content Creation and Review**
- Develop and curate high-quality, original content for various standardized tests (e.g., GRE, GMAT, SAT, LNAT, CLAT, CAT etc.).
- Vet and ensure the accuracy, relevance, and clarity of all test preparation materials.
- Align content with the latest test patterns, trends, and best practices.

**Training and Instruction**
- Conduct online and offline training sessions for students preparing for standardized tests.
- Simplify complex concepts and tailor teaching methods to suit diverse student needs.
- Provide individual or group-based coaching to ensure students’ understanding and retention of topics.

**Video Recording and Presentation**
- Record training videos featuring themselves for e-learning courses and social media platforms.
- Be comfortable speaking on camera and presenting in a professional and engaging manner.
- Assist in the production of video content, ensuring quality delivery and visual aids.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**
- Work effectively both in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, marketing teams, and other SMEs to create cohesive course material.

**Presentation and Communication**
- Design and deliver PowerPoint presentations for workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions.
- Engage with larger audiences, including students and parents, during informational sessions or consultations.
- Address queries effectively and represent Maxiwise Learning in a professional manner.

**Student Engagement and Mentorship**
- Act as a mentor and guide to students, providing motivation, performance feedback, and personalized advice.
- Identify student challenges and create strategies to address them.

**Professional Development**
- Stay updated on the latest developments in standardized testing, teaching methodologies, and e-learning technologies.
- Continuously improve skills to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Exemplary work ethic and professionalism.
- Strong expertise in one or more standardized tests offered by Maxiwise Learning.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Comfortable with teaching online and facing camera for videos.
- Comfortable in travelling to different centers for conducting in-person sessions.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to both in-person and online learning environments.
- Proven ability to engage with students and larger audiences effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
