Title: Salesman - Tour and Travel Company
**Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the tour packages, travel destinations, itineraries, accommodations, transportation options, and other services offered by the company.
- **Consultative Selling**: Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customers' travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints, and tailor tour packages to meet their needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of tour packages and travel services.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to secure bookings and close sales. Overcome objections and address concerns to finalize sales transactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Track sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of tour packages and exceptional customer experiences.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings using CRM software or other tools. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or related fields, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences for customers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, handle objections, and close sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, cultures, and travel-related services.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
- **Results-Oriented**: Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
