**Summary**

We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative for our voice and chat support process. The role involves assisting customers with their queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

*Please note, this is a non-sales role—no outbound calls or sales targets involved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming customer queries via voice and chat channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and methods.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- English is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
