**Position**: English Faculty

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive English courses tailored specifically for Bank Exams, SSC Exams, WBCS, and other Government Examinations.
- Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Provide in-depth coverage of topics relevant to the respective exams, such as banking terminology, comprehension strategies, and essay writing techniques.
- Design and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance students' language proficiency and exam performance.
- Create and update study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests that align with the exam syllabi and patterns.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and practice sessions.
- Offer personalized feedback and guidance to address students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions to foster active participation and learning.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, changes in the exam regulations, and emerging trends in competitive exam English preparation.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop strong communication skills and excel in their respective exams.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and refine the English curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- A master's degree in English or a related field.
- Previous experience as an English faculty member for competitive exams is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the English language, including grammar rules, vocabulary, and comprehension strategies.
- Familiarity with the syllabi and exam patterns of Bank Exams, SSC Exams, WBCS, and other Government Examinations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver English concepts to students.
- Strong command of written and spoken English with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software for interactive teaching and learning.
- Dedication to staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of competitive exam English preparation.
- Ability to connect with students, build rapport, and create a positive learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
