The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications. The role involves managing site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that project milestones are met according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management: Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.

Ensure the construction project is progressing according to the planned schedule.

Monitor work to ensure quality standards are maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Team Leadership: Supervise a team of workers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to site personnel as needed.

Ensure proper training and safety procedures are followed by all workers.

Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and ensure all workers are adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.

Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols on-site.

Coordination & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the project manager and on-site personnel.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Report daily progress to the project manager, including any delays or issues affecting the schedule.

Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with technical drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Conduct inspections to verify the quality of workmanship and materials used.

Address any defects or issues and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any incidents or accidents.

Document daily site activities, worker attendance, and any changes to the project scope.

Prepare reports on site progress, safety inspections, and material usage.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address any issues that arise on-site, whether technical, personnel-related, or safety-related.

Proactively resolve conflicts or delays to keep the project on track.

Resource Management: Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.

Assist in the management of construction inventory and assist in the logistics of material deliveries.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Graduation or equivalent.

Construction Management or related field degree/certification is a plus.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction or a related field.

Prior experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or in a leadership role on construction projects is preferred.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.

Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
