**About the Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files.
- Type in customers' information and create spreadsheets.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Familiarity with Excel Formulas
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Enter data into various databases and systems accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and record-keeping
- Assisting and supporting management.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Excel, Advance excel.
- Handling database management.
- Typing Speed
- Data typing
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

**Work Days**: 5 days/week (Rotational)

**Job Location**: Mohali

**Shift **- Night Shift

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
