**ob Title: React/React-Native Developer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement innovative features that elevate user satisfaction.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize app performance for maximum speed and responsiveness on various devices and platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth app operation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in React Native, hybrid app development, and related areas.
- Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience with React Native, specializing in hybrid mobile app development.
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on delivering performant user interfaces.
- Proficiency in state management using libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Strong grasp of asynchronous programming and working knowledge of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git version control and familiarity with branching strategies.
- Adept at translating design mockups into fully functional screens and components.
- Thorough understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- History of developing and executing unit tests, preferably using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the capacity to excel in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express, GraphQL).
