Maintain proactive communication with Customers for any potential misses
- Provide satisfactory answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Take complete ownership of Customers' issue resolution while working with cross functional teams
- Interacting with Customers to understand their vehicle issues and create service Job Cards for the bookings received
- Understanding Customers' queries, requests & complaints and provide amicable solutions

**Profile Requirements**:

- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
- Minimum prior (relevant) experience: 2-5 Years
- Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in an international inbound Customer support (voice) would be preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquettes and Customer management skills, both verbal and written
- Good internal personal skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in working on CRM software and MS office preferred
- **Should have a working laptop and smartphone**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
