**Computer Operator Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, software updates, and hardware repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support to users by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing guidance.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of system performance, maintenance tasks, and user support requests.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train users on how to utilize computer systems and software effectively and securely.

**Computer Operator Required Skills**
- Excellent technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in operating system administration, including Windows, Linux, or Unix.
- Knowledge of computer peripherals and their connectivity.
- Basic understanding of computer programming languages and scripting.
- Familiarity with network protocols, security measures, and firewall configurations.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Required Qualifications**
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical support role.
- Certification in computer systems, networks, or related areas is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is desirable.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
