**Responsibilities**:_

**1. Design Creation**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand client requirements and design briefs.
- Develop unique and innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard design software.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and the team to refine designs and achieve client satisfaction.

**2. Branding and Identity**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identities for clients, including logo designs, color palettes, typography, and visual style guidelines.
- Create branded assets such as infographics, icons, and illustrations that reflect the client's brand personality.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all marketing materials.
- Create print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with digital motion graphics.

**3. Image and Photo Editing**:

- Edit and retouch product images, lifestyle photos, and other visuals to enhance their quality and aesthetic appeal.

**4. Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team & copywriters, to bring cohesive design solutions to life.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the digital marketing agency through creative contributions and innovative ideas.

**5.** **Motion Graphics**:

- Create engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, to create high-quality motion graphics.
- Ensure all motion graphics projects are completed within the given timeline and meet the agency's quality standards.
- **Requirements**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field with basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry trend software’s including print creation skills.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design, industry trends and best practices in digital media.
- Ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

He/she should have a keen interest in Digital marketing and keep up with industry trends. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape and share this knowledge with the team.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
