**Position**: Computer Technician & Office Assistant

**Location**: Guwahati, Assam (with travel required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Computer Technician Duties**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform regular system diagnostics and preventative maintenance.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns.
- Manage network connectivity and basic server maintenance.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- **Travel to client sites or other company locations as needed for technical support or installations.**:

- **Office Management Duties**:

- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a neat and organized workspace.
- Preparing tea and other beverages for staff and visitors as required.
- Assisting with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Ad-hoc administrative support as needed.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- **Own a Motorcycle/Bike**: This is essential for quick travel to different locations, both for office errands and technical support.
- **Willingness and ability to travel as required** for technical support or installations to client sites or other company locations.
- **Proven experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar IT support role.**:

- **Basic knowledge of office management and cleaning practices.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **A proactive and responsible attitude.**

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, basic Linux knowledge a plus).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
