**Role Overview**:
This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Netchqs Solutions and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Conception & Design**:

- Develop compelling visuals for e-commerce product listings, including enhanced brand content (A+ Content for Amazon), storefront designs, and product infographics for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, and eBay.
- Create engaging visuals for our "Next to Gold" jewelry brand, including product photography enhancement and lifestyle imagery.
- Design digital solutions such as digital business cards, NFC technology visuals, and digital catalogs/mini-websites.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to Netchqs Solutions' brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and client projects.
- **Client Project Support**: Collaborate with e-commerce executives and marketing teams to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality, conversion-focused visual assets.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Translate complex ideas and marketing messages into clear, impactful, and aesthetically pleasing visual narratives.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, e-commerce visual best practices, and platform-specific design requirements.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand elements.
- **Feedback & Iteration**: Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven professional experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably within an e-commerce agency, digital marketing agency, or a brand with a strong online presence.

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Proficiency in industry-standard design software**:

- **Adobe Creative Suite**: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential).
- **Video Editing (Basic to Intermediate)**: Premiere Pro or CapCut (for short-form social media videos/Reels) is a strong plus.
- **UI/UX Design Tools**: Figma or Sketch (basic understanding for web/app elements) is a plus.
- **Strong portfolio** demonstrating a diverse range of graphic design work, including digital ads, social media content, and e-commerce visuals (A+ Content/Storefronts if possible).
- Excellent understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and understand client briefs.
- Experience with e-commerce visual requirements for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopsy, eBay is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
