**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced DB2 DBA to join our team As a DB2 DBA you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical DB2 RDBMS systems

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 10 years of experience as a DB2 DBA or similar role
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO)
- Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
- Experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for DB2
- Experience with Windows, including Active Directory
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in Azure

Qualification:

- Manage DB2 databases
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes
- Monitor system's health and performance
- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time
- Gather requirements, provide suggestions for solutions
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
- Process Enhancements - DB2 DBAs should be skilled at developing more efficient processes for handling and accessing data, automating recurring tasks, and performing routine maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
