As an SEO Executive at Kreativan Technologies, you will be responsible for improving the organic search rankings of our clients' websites and driving traffic through strategic SEO practices. You will play a key role in both on-page and off-page SEO, optimizing content, technical elements, and overall website performance. Additionally, you will assist with Google Ads campaigns to boost paid search visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Page SEO**:

- Conduct website audits and optimize content (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, images, and internal linking) to improve search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and implement keyword strategy to optimize existing content and create new content.
- Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Ensure that websites are technically optimized for search engines (site speed, mobile responsiveness, etc.).
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Engage in outreach campaigns to promote content and acquire backlinks from reputable sources.
- Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
- **Google Ads Knowledge**:

- Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research for paid campaigns and analyze ad performance to improve ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and experiment with ad variations to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate).
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Regularly track SEO performance metrics (e.g., rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates) and provide reports to the team.
- Analyze the performance of Google Ads campaigns, adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure SEO and paid search strategies are aligned with client objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with link-building strategies and tools.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, campaign structure, and paid search strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform SEO and paid search strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with SEO and digital marketing trends.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
