**Job Description: Math Faculty**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging lectures, lessons, and coursework in various mathematical disciplines, tailored to the needs of different student levels.
- **Develop course materials**, **including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with the curriculum objectives.**
- Utilize effective teaching methods to facilitate student understanding and comprehension of mathematical concepts.
- Provide individualized guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns both inside and outside the classroom.
- Encourage active student participation and critical thinking through classroom discussions, problem-solving activities, and group projects.
- Assess student performance through exams, quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and professional development activities to contribute to the growth of the department and institution.
- Mentor and guide students interested in pursuing advanced studies or careers in mathematics.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to ensure the cohesiveness of the curriculum and a well-rounded educational experience for students.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Previous teaching experience at the SSC, BANK and Railways, CAT level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various mathematical disciplines, including algebra, Trigonometry, geometry, Mensuration-2D and 3D.
- Effective communication and presentation skills to engage students and explain complex concepts.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in nurturing students' academic growth.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational trends.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
