**Job Opportunity: PE Coach Specialized in Chess**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement chess training programs tailored to students of varying skill levels.
- Incorporate chess into the broader PE curriculum, emphasizing critical thinking, focus, and strategy.
- Organize chess tournaments, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Provide individualized coaching to help students improve their game and achieve competitive success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with school staff or program directors to align chess activities with broader educational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Certification in chess coaching (e.g., FIDE-certified or equivalent).
- Proven experience in teaching chess to children, adolescents, or adults.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to integrate physical and mental training methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in organizing chess tournaments or events.
- Knowledge of educational technology to enhance learning, such as chess software or online platforms.
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary teaching methods, combining chess with other physical or academic activities.
