**About Us**

We are a fast-growing brand focused on delivering high-quality products and building a strong, loyal customer base. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our presence, drive sales, and create impactful marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales**:

- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors across key markets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
- Manage B2B communication, negotiations, and order processing

**Marketing**:

- Assist in creating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities
- Coordinate influencer and event marketing efforts
- Maintain and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for branding, storytelling, and customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Willingness to travel if required (for events, dealer visits, etc.)

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience in the motorcycle, outdoor, or lifestyle industry
- Knowledge of CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Content creation or copywriting skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
