
Front Desk Receptionist/tele-caller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about skincare services, offers, and promotions.
- Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, provide information, and schedule appointments.
- Respond to client queries regarding treatments, procedures, and product recommendations.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and management.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage clients for future bookings.
- Update and maintain accurate client records in the clinic's database.
- Record call outcomes and client feedback.
- Build a rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle complaints, answer questions, and provide information in a professional manner.
- Fluent in Tamil, English & Hindi (Must) with a friendly and professional tone.
- Familiarity with skincare treatments and products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to use appointment scheduling software, CRM tools, and maintain client records.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service (preferably in healthcare, beauty, or skincare industries, IT).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
