Generate and process bills for outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services.
- Ensure accurate entry of patient charges, including consultations, diagnostics, and procedures.
- Verify insurance claims and coordinate with TPA (Third-Party Administrators) if applicable.
- Maintain digital records of patient visits, treatments, and payments in hospital software.
- Update patient details and ensure data accuracy in the hospital management system.
- Retrieve patient records when required for reference.
- Process payments through cash, card, or online transactions.
- Maintain cash registers and ensure accurate financial reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Provide receipts and clarify billing inquiries for patients and families.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff to ensure proper billing for services rendered.
- Assist patients with billing queries and explain charges as needed.
- Liaise with insurance companies or corporate clients for billing approvals and settlements.
- Assist in report generation related to daily collections, outstanding payments, and billing summaries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient financial and medical records.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
