a. Closely coordinating and interacting with internal teams like

Production, PPC, stores etc. to ensure uninterrupted supply of

material requirements

b. Has to solve the concerns for components for the queries raised

by quality department at incoming stage

c. Has to look after various commodities like casting, packing

materials, wooden boxes, regular fasteners, fan & Motor etc.

d. Regularly updating various reports and MIS of SCM for smooth

coordination with Stores

e. Monthly planning, releasing Purchase Orders timely, ensuring

that all entries in POs are accurate, then scheduling & monitoring

the supplies

f. Ensuring that physical stock is as per inventory norms decided by

the Function

g. Track the demand/supply dynamics of raw materials and regular

follow up

h. To check and prepare accurate document

i. To prepare accurate documents of SCM and forward to Stores,

Accounts departments for further process

j. Making Purchase Orders and follow up for on time receipt of the

material

k. Supplier development - initiating and monitoring new supplier

development when required

l. Submit error free MIS to ensure effective decision making

m. To follow 5’S norms and standards for the department

n. To prepare Rework data sheet and timely disposal of rejected

materials

o. Visit to the Vendor site to do the follow ups & getting the material

on time to meet the deadlines.

a. Good command over MS office, especially advance Excel

b. Able to plan and source material at competitive cost

c. Basic knowledge of costing and value addition of component in

the process

d. Excellent communication skills

e. Good interpersonal skills to collaborate well with internal and

external stake holders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
