**Technical Skills**:Die setting and changeover procedures Knowledge of stamping press operations (mechanical & hydraulic)Understanding of die maintenance and minor repair Familiarity with press safety standards (OSHA, etc.)Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical issues Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
