**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller in the educational sector, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, parents, and guardians through calls. Your primary objective will be to promote educational programs, courses, and services offered by our institution and facilitate the enrollment process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote educational programs and services.
- Receive inbound calls from interested individuals and provide detailed information about our academic offerings, admission requirements, and fees.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections raised by callers, and provide accurate and helpful responses to ensure a positive experience.
- Identify and qualify potential students through telephone conversations, and nurture leads through follow-up communications.

**Experience**:
**0-2 year Experience in the relevant field.**
