**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers to achieve operational targets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Prepare and submit reports on site performance and maintenance activities

**Requirements**:

- B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in industrial settings
- Strong technical knowledge of solar plant operations and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
