A Restaurant Captain is responsible for managing the entire dining experience, from greeting guests to ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues. They oversee staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:
- **Guest Management**:Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- **Staff Supervision**:Training, motivating, and supervising servers and other staff, addressing complaints and resolving issues.
- **Operational Management**:Ensuring the restaurant's cleanliness, maintaining food and beverage inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and taking steps to improve service and guest satisfaction.
- **Sales and Promotion**:Offering recommendations, upselling items, and contributing to sales goals.
- **Team Leadership**:Leading by example, mentoring team members, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- **Process Improvement**:Continuously seeking ways to enhance service quality, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with POS systems, reservation systems, and other restaurant software.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
