**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink building.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to stakeholders and clients.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in SEO and paid advertising.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and running successful ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot (optional but a plus).
