**1) Vendor base Development-**
- Identify potential vendors for all items
- Collect all details about the vendors
- For major items identify 5 vendors and create database
- For major items, finalize two vendors.

2) **RM/PM/Capital Procurement-**
- Maintain price master and update regularly
- Raise PR for RM/PM based on Production plan. Ensure material delivered on time to avoid idle time of people and equipment’s
- Obtain quotations from minimum of three suppliers for capital items
- Evaluate and prepare comparative statement
- Ensure best price and credit period for all items

3) **Procurement efficiency-**
- Purchase cost savings over last year
- Maximum Credit period
- Minimum lead time
- Ensure supplies as per PO QTY and within 5% variation

4) **PM and AM implementation-**
- AMC schedule for all equipment’s and timely servicing
- Shorter time to get services when there is failure
- Implementation of Pest control at all locations
- Obtain best rate for AMCs and savings over previous year.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
