We are seeking a motivated and talented person to join our team as a Marketing and Operations Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various marketing and operational activities within our organization. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to support and execute key initiatives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize digital marketing efforts, such as search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management and execution.
- Assist in analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate marketing and operational activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with operational processes and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
