**Deputy Medical Superintendent**

**Location**: Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
**Reports to**: Hospital Director

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: MBBS, Additional qualification in Hospital Administration (e.g., MHA, MBA Healthcare)
- **Experience**: At least **5 years** of experience in hospital administration or clinical leadership roles (e.g., supporting Medical Superintendent)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Medical Superintendent in overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations, including OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, and diagnostics
- Support implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliances like NABH and other legal norms
- Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient care quality, and handle medico-legal matters
- Collaborate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations
- Act as substitute for the Medical Superintendent when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and workflow

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
