**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage all accounting transactions**:

- **Prepare budget forecasts.**:

- **Publish financial statements in time**:

- **Reconcile accounts payable and receivable**:

- **Ensure timely bank payments**:

- **Prepare monthly return data (GST, TDS)**:

- **Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary**:

- **Comply with financial policies and regulations**:

- **To review & manage stock status weekly**:

- **Follow-up for receivable & Payable report generate**:

- **Preparing PI, & purchase order and sales order, Delivery Challan, acceptance along with checking payment mode**:

- **Manage Freight cost etc. with store Incharge.**:

- **Generate Inward, Outward & Nil reports.**:

- **To check material stock on regular basis & preparing material requisition in excel sheet**:

- **Follow-up for material dispatch**

**Requirements**:

- **Work experience as an Accountant**:

- **Advanced MS Excel skills**:

- **Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills**:

- **Experience with Tally - ERP Prime**
