**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories, and electronic devices.
- Provide detailed product information including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay updated with the latest products, models, and industry trends.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, display arrangement, and stock management.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic after-sales service coordination.
- Educate customers on warranties, service plans, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1-3 years experience in mobile or electronics sales (retail showroom preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of smartphones, accessories, laptops, and electronics brands.
- Basic understanding of billing software and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
- Local language proficiency; basic English and Hindi communication is a must.
