Workshop Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Workshop Supervisor** to manage daily operations, oversee technicians, ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and allocate work to technicians.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely service.
- Maintain workshop tools and safety compliance.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Communicate with customers and manage service records.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in an automotive workshop, with supervisory experience.
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- **Skills**: Technical knowledge, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer handling.

- Amravati, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
