We are looking for a talented and well experience individual for our fast growing IT Software product based company. The designer should create clean and artful web design as per modern technique and design concepts. The Web Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and functional websites.

**Minimum experience required: 1 year and above**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Should also have superior user interface design skills.
- Hands on experience in creating wireframes, POCs, and user flow etc.
- Understanding of mobile and web based design constraints, editors, browser platform and their differences along with the experience to develop and code accordingly.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other design using any prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Conceptualizing original infographics, visual graphic layout, and website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs.
- Ensure final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Communicating with clients about layout and design.
- Focus on usability and accessibility to cater to a diverse audience.
- Coordination with Team members and Team Leads and Functional Manager.
- Keep abreast of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously update skills in design software and tools.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design projects.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
