**Job Title: Experienced Pre-Placement Trainer - College Students (Bangalore Location)**

**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging **pre-placement training sessions** for college students.
- Mold students to be job-ready with **resume preparation, mock interviews**, and **group discussions**.
- Deliver training on **aptitude, communication, and interpersonal skills**.
- Share insights on **industry trends, job roles**, and expectations.
- Use **company/industry connections** to support student placement.
- Maintain student progress and provide individual mentorship where needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8+ years of experience** in pre-placement or campus training.
- Strong knowledge of **placement processes** and **corporate hiring expectations**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Connections or networks in the **corporate hiring space** is a big plus.
- Ability to motivate and guide students from diverse backgrounds.

**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience
