**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in **Tally / ERP system**.
- Maintain and reconcile **purchase, sales, and expense entries**.
- Handle **GST, TDS, and invoice documentation**.
- Prepare **journal vouchers, debit/credit notes**, and update ledgers.
- Support the **accounts payable and receivable** process.
- Coordinate with the **purchase and stores department** for bills and material records.
- Assist in preparing **monthly reports and stock statements**.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
- Assist in **bank reconciliation** and petty cash handling.
- Support the senior accountant during audits and month-end closing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of **Tally, MS Excel, and GST**.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work in a **manufacturing environment**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
