**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end compliance** for **Direct and Indirect Taxes**, including **Income Tax, GST, and TDS**:

- Prepare and file **GST returns** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and ensure compliance with GST laws
- Prepare and file **TDS returns**, ensure timely payment of TDS, and handle reconciliations
- File **Income Tax Returns** (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies, including computation and documentation
- Handle **advance tax calculations**, **tax provisioning**, and **year-end tax planning**:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of **Tax Audit Reports** (Form 3CD)
- Coordinate and support **tax audits**, **statutory audits**, and assessments with internal teams and auditors
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support **regulatory compliance and audits**:

- Monitor and ensure **timely compliance** with all statutory tax deadlines
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization
- Identify and implement process improvements in tax and compliance operations

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Qualified **Chartered Accountant** with **5+ years of experience** in Indian tax and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of **Income Tax, TDS, and GST laws and procedures**:

- Strong experience in handling **tax audits** and statutory filings
- Familiarity with **compliance calendars**, regulatory timelines, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in accounting/tax tools (e.g., Tally, Computax, ClearTax) and MS Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
