- **Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) aligned with digital, BTL, and ATL campaigns._
- _Collaborate with the business and healthcare teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels._
- _Plan and produce high-quality visual and written content (reels, stories, posts, banners, short videos, etc.)._
- _Support the execution of BTL campaigns (camps, events, activations, promotions, HAAT, School, colleges etc) by creating relevant pre-, during-, and post-event content._
- _Integrate social content into larger ATL campaigns (TV, print, radio, OOH), ensuring cross-platform synergy._
- _Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and engaging._
- _Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with campaign timelines._
- _Work closely with designers, videographers, and influencers as needed._
- **Requirements**:_
- _1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role_
- _Strong portfolio of original content across social media platforms_
- _Solid understanding of BTL and ATL marketing strategies_
- _Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite etc._
- _Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills_
- _Ability to work independently as well as in a team under tight deadlines_
- _Knowledge of analytics tools and performance-driven content strategy_
- **Preferred Skills**:_
- _Experience in event-based marketing campaigns (BTL)_
- _Understanding of media planning and ad creation for ATL formats_
- _Photography and basic video production/editing skills_
- _Exposure to influencer marketing and brand collaborations_
- _Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field_

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
