Required. Proficiency in languages like Marathi, Hindi basic English for effective communication.
Valid driver's license and driving skills are mandatory.
Embrace a field-oriented role,

visiting customers for car evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Any ( Has strong vehicle inspection knowledge required )

Utilize 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience for accurate assessments.

Role:
Vehicle Inspection:
Conducting detailed inspections of pre-owned vehicles to assess their overall condition, including exterior, interior, engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, tires, and other mechanical components Evaluation and Appraisal: Assessing the vehicle's market value by considering factors such as mileage, age, condition, history, options, and market demand Using appraisal tools and industry knowledge to determine fair and accurate valuations Documentation: Recording detailed inspection findings, vehicle specifications, and appraisal reports Maintaining accurate records of the evaluation process for documentation and reference Market Research: Staying updated with market trends, pricing guides, and industry standards to accurately evaluate the value of various makes and models of used cars Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers or clients to explain the evaluation process, appraisal results, and justifications for valuation Providing transparent and clear information to support valuation assessments Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiating with customers or dealerships to justify the appraisal value and address any discrepancies or disagreements in valuation Diagnostic Tools and Technology: Using diagnostic tools, software, and technology to conduct inspections, assess vehicle conditions, and support appraisal processes Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and ethical standards in vehicle evaluations and appraisals Problem-Solving: Identifying issues or discrepancies in vehicle conditions and providing recommendations or solutions to address concerns during the evaluation process Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on the appraisal process
