**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and current.
- Collaborate with management to identify key areas for training and development.
- Maintain training records and provide feedback on employee performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain training, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
