**Position**: Testing Intern (Manual and Automation)
**Type**: Internship (Full-Time, Offline)
**Location**: Pune
**Duration**: 6 months [First **2 months**: Unpaid Remaining **4 months**: Paid (Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month, based on performance)].

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual testing** to identify software issues and ensure quality standards.
- Assist in the implementation of **automation testing frameworks** and scripts.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Document testing processes, results, and identified bugs effectively.
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing.
- Ensure timely communication of testing updates and issues to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manual and automation testing concepts.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, Cypress, Postman or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for learning.

**Internship Details**:

- **Duration**: 6 months
- First **2 months**: Unpaid
- Remaining **4 months**: Paid (Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month, based on performance).
