**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- **SEO/SEM**: Manage and optimize the company's website for search engines (SEO), including on-page and off-page SEO tactics. Execute paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive relevant traffic and optimize ads for conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and manage social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers to build a community around the brand.
- **Website Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and create regular reports on traffic, conversions, and key performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on the latest trends in the automotive industry and digital marketing, keeping an eye on competitors' strategies and industry innovations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and sales targets. Help create promotional strategies for new vehicle launches and other key events.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring a good return on investment (ROI).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automobile sector or similar industries.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other performance tracking tools.
- **Social Media Proficiency**: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for automotive marketing.
- **Content Creation**: Experience in creating engaging content for diverse digital channels, with a focus on automotive products and services.
- **Tools & Platforms**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar.
- **Automotive Knowledge**: Passion for the automobile industry and an understanding of consumer behavior in the automotive market.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling, targeted messages.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
