Strategy and Technology lays the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas for Nokia to create new value. We set the company’s strategy and technology vision, offer an unparalleled research foundation for innovation, and provide critical support infrastructure for Nokia.
Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia’s central knowledge center responsible for Nokia’s cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents. We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations. Together we take care of Nokia’s security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.
Group Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Team is responsible for the Information Security Framework that reduces business risks by protecting and managing Nokia information in a consistent way, protects Nokia’s customer data, and enables transparency and accountability with respect to the treatment of all information. We are responsible to ensure Nokia and its employees are compliant and abiding with laws and regulations of the industry, is ISO 27001 certified and SOX compliant.

As part of our team, you will:
- Support the SOX Audits for IT General Controls by guaranteeing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls are designed, implemented, operated, and audited on a yearly basis to enforce compliance with the mandates of SOX.
- Perform risk assessments, support effective remediations that mitigate identified risks, manage deficiencies and exposure threat analysis
- Guarantee proper governance of external and internal auditors requests.
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- Eight plus years of experience in security and privacy management, auditing, and IT risk management, preferably in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit management
- A track record of carrying out compliance development/assessments in a changing IT environment.
- Knowledge of various industry and government strategies and standards in privacy and security including SOX, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and privacy laws is preferred.
- Solid organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and critically evaluate information.
- Must have superior written, verbal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good project management skills - developing roadmap/schedule and managing deliverables
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required for this position.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Education and Certifications (exhaustive):
- Undergraduate degree in information systems or computer science.
- Advanced degree in engineering, Cybersecurity, information assurance, information security, information systems or computer science.
- Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Certified in Information Systems Risk Management (CRISC).
- or the ability to work toward obtaining certifications.
- Fluency in other languages besides English, such as French.
- Proactive, creative, and innovative - think out-of-the-box
