**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Perform dispatch duties and ensure timely deliveries for customers
- Maintain tracking IDs for various courier services
- Undertake data entry work on various platforms
- Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing tasks and deadlines
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi, both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good computer skills and understanding of operating systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be result-oriented with a desire to perform at the highest level
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Adaptable to changing deadlines and responsibilities
