Should be able to efficiently co-ordinate between Salesperson and Factory for Order booking, generate Sales Orders in the system, Order Status updation, Dispatch clearances and Payment collection
- Effectively communicate and monitor customer wise pricing as per price list to respective salesperson
- Monitor daily payment received from customers and report customer wise, sales person wise payment collection vis-à-vis outstanding
- To keep record of running outstanding and overdue reports on a weekly basis and follow-up with Sales Persons timely payment collection.
- Register customer feedback / complaint and co-ordinate for timely resolution.
- Seek approvals for Debit/Credit notes and maintain record.
- Customer Registration in system (SAP B1) after verification of documents and periodic validation.
- To keep record and follow up for Ledger reconciliations, rejections, sales orders knock off.
- Maintain record of Annual Incentives schemes.
- Generate Sales related various MIS
- Maintain documents as per Quality Management System
- Attend customer calls, record customer queries, refer it to concerned Salesperson and co-ordinate for quick response.
- Provide necessary support to Sales Team for organsing sales promotional events and exhibitions. And to man the stall along with other participating team members during the entire duration of the exhibition.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
