**Job Title**: Senior Engineer - ReactJS

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to understand project requirements.
- Architect and develop scalable, reusable ReactJS components and front-end solutions.
- Lead the implementation of complex features and micro-frontend architecture.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce code quality standards.
- Maintain and evolve front-end development best practices and internal documentation.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Guide the team on performance tuning, browser rendering behavior, and asynchronous operations.
- Provide technical input during requirements review and translate business needs into technical solutions.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in **ReactJS and ES6**.
- Expert-level understanding of **ReactJS workflows** (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Strong knowledge of **TypeScript**, JSX, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with **Micro-Frontend architecture**.
- Proficient with **JavaScript testing frameworks** (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
- Good understanding of browser performance and rendering optimizations.
- Proficiency with **Git** or **SVN** for version control.
- Experience working with **Sonar** and other **code quality** tools.
- Solid understanding of **AJAX**, **asynchronous requests**, and **partial page updates**.
- Ability to independently handle project ownership and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with tools like **Babel**, **Webpack**, **NPM**, etc.
- Understanding of **OAuth**, token-based authentication.
- Familiarity with backend development or integration using **Node.js**, **Java**, or REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience in **Agile methodologies** and tools like **JIRA**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
